Arthur Tsebetzis

Senior Vice President of Foodservice Sales

Arthur Tsebetzis has over 30 years’ experience in the foodservice industry. As AGAR’s Senior Vice President of Foodservice Sales, he is responsible for leading the entire sales team at this growing New England independent food distributor. Mr. Tsebetzis came to AGAR in 2002 but has held many positions in the foodservice industry.

As a graduate of Northeastern University with a B.S in Marketing, he entered the field at the age of 21as a sales trainee at a leading food distributor in New England. From there Mr. Tsebetzis held several other positions at various food service companies including district sales manager, vice president of sales, executive vice president of sales and ultimately division president for US Foods in Boston.
 

He landed at AGAR in 2002 and feels he is the happiest at this family-run operation. He loves selling what he calls the “AGAR experience.” That Experience according to Tsebetzis is one that advocates for the independent restaurant, has the entire AGAR team looking out for its customers and a company that focuses on the ultimate success of its clients. He has helped build one of the best sales teams in the food service industry and now oversees over 100 sales and customer services professionals at AGAR which has resulted in tremendous growth.
