In addition to all of our fresh seafood choices, AGAR offers a number of Re-Fresh Fillets giving you premium choices from around the world.

Our Refresh fillets are frozen at sea within 6 to 12 hours of coming out of the water and are held in their frozen state until being defrosted in specially designed refrigeration chambers, where it is slowly brought back to its original fresh state ensuring a superior appearance and ocean fresh taste.
